Ingredients:
Fish - 1/2 Lb
chopped garlic - 1 pod
chopped onions - 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
coconut milk - 1 cup
chopped green chillies - 2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1-2 tsp
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
oil - 3 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves
cinnamon stick - 1
cloves - 5
Preparation :
1. Take a pan , add oil and let it heat. Now add the items from seasoning.
2. Add chopped garlic, onions and wait until onions turns into golden brown. And then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and fry for a little while till oil comes comes out.
3. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, chopped green chillies (you will taste the chilli bites while you are eating and it gives a little kick of spice) and coconut milk. Let it cook for 1 min and add fish and let it cook on low flame.
4. At last garnish with coriander leaves and green onions.
It goes well with roti or rice.
