chicken kheema balls

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1/2 kg or 1 lb
cinnamon - 2 inch stick
cloves - 4 or 5
star anise -1/2
black pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
garlic paste -1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
dry red chillies - 4 or 5
coriander leaves - handful
salt to taste
oil for frying

Preparation :

1. Grind cinnamon, cloves. star anise, dry red chillies into a fine powder.

2. Then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves and salt and grind it into paste. Taste it before you add chicken into it.

3. Now add chicken and grind it.

4. Take the kheema  into a bowl and mix well and some oil and mix well again. Make kheema paste into balls.

5. Take a pan, add some oil and keep the balls in a pan and close the lid. Turn into side so that they will get nice golden brown colour. (If you want you can deep fry or bake those kheema balls ).

It goes well with salad , you can make subway sandwich or you can make patties for burger.
