Ingredients:
chopped capsicum - 1 cup
chopped broccoli - 1 cup
chopped onions - 1/4 cup
chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
oil - 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
Take a pan, let it heat and oil and mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Wait until they splatter and add onions and chillies. Let it fry until golden brown. Now add capsicum and broccoli, turmeric and salt. Fry it for a while and close the lid let it cook and ready to eat.
It goes well with rice or as a side dish.
You can even try without capsicum.
