Ingredients:
chopped broccoli - 1 cup
chopped red capsicum - 1/2 cup
chopped yellow capsicum - 1/2 cup
chopped cauliflower - 1 cup
chopped onion - 1/2 cup
chopped garlic - 1 tsp
crushed dried red chilles- 1 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
soy sauce - 2 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 3 to 4 tsp
oats - 1 cup( soaked and drained)
or
couscous - 1 cup(soaked in warm water and drained)
or cooked cracked wheat
Preparation:
As usual, first we have to take a pan and heat it. Add oil and garlic and then add remaining vegetables and add little bit of salt. Fry them and let them cook. After they cooked(i like half cooked with little bit of crunchiness ) add soy sauce, sugar and fry it. And season it with crushed chillies and fry it. Now add oats or couscous or cracked wheat. Now you can feel less salt. If you want a little salt add it and we are done.
